PDF Viewer Instructions

Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story! This purpose of this section is to explain the use of the viewer and the tool bar below it. Also, the PDF has interactive elements including links to videos. Be sure to keep a look out for any instructions such as “click here”. 

  • Turning the Pages: You can turn the pages by clicking the arrows on either side of the PDF document, by clickin either of the arrows underneath the document on the tool bar, or by hovering over the bottom corner of either page, clicking the corner and holding while you drag the page across. 
  • Zooming In and Out: You can zoom in and out on the document by clicking the magnifying glasses in the tool bar. If you want to return the document to its original size, simply click the two arrows pointing toward each other on the right side of the minimizing magnifying glass. 
  • Table of Contents and Searching: You can pick specific pages and search the document by clicking the banner symbol in the tool bar which is the fourth symbol to the right of the two arrows pointing at each other. 
  • Download: You can download the document by clicking the symbol just to the right of the page numbers in the tool bar. There is an arrow pointing down to a box. That is the download button. 
  • Print: You can print the document by clicking the printer symbol in the tool bar. 
  • Full Screen: Just to the right of the printer symbol in the tool bar is the full screen button. Click that button if you want to make the document take up the full screen. This, along with the single page setting, is the best view for reading. 
  • Extra Settings: The gear on the far right of the tool bar is the extra settings button. Here you can adjust sound, switch the viewer to single page mode (best for reading), and more.
